Amy did a great job. Very professional and did a good job explaining what needed to be done and why as opposed to doing a less thorough repair. I had done some checking on line and with several AI and estimate came in with those numbers and while no one likes dropping $1,000 I was confident that the work needed to done and the cost was right.
