The woman who scheduled me - Trenda?- was amazing? It was a stressful time right after the collision and she was calming and helpful. Explained the process thoroughly and gave me all the steps of what to do before bringing the car in and why. After calling other places, she’s the reason I chose Bob Howard. When i arrived to drop my car off- I was told they would get to me in a minute. 1 customer was there, turned in his paperwork and left. I ignored by the front desk and after sitting for 15 min with no other customers there I asked if I was in the right place since it was past my appointment time. They were rude and didn’t seem to know what was going on and fortunately Amy figured out why I was there. She restored my faith by her efficiency. The next times that I went in, the front staff was better. Updates during repair were good. They communicated directly with insurance and that went well. The manager Justin and the estimator Amy were great. They responded to my phone calls and subsequent issues after I picked my car up. Some additional damage from the collision was discovered by the dealership and it was quickly addressed by the collision center with no further inconvenience to me and I appreciate that.
