Great customer service reps and communication. Luz was great to work with. Only negative was time it took due to delay with parts issues. With no rental car coverage made it a bit tough being without car for 3 weeks. But repair looks great friendly caring staff much appreciated.

I enjoyed dealing with Luz. She was very nice and made the process smooth with Caliber. The technician, Herbert was extremely fast in getting the body work done. Overall I’m pleased with the Caliber experience. I’ve been a customer at other Caliber shops, but I’d say this is the best one I’ve been to.
