I cannot say enough about my experience with Caliber Collision on the 8000 block of Northwest Expressway- OKC. The Service and Hospitality were simply Amazing! Kelly truly is the face of Caliber. She was kind, efficient, welcoming, and thorough throughout the entire process. James was my Advisor, and he was equally kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. He kept me informed of every update and adjustment, making the entire repair experience as painless and stress-free as possible. He even made time to ensure I was shuttled to Enterprise to pick up my rental vehicle on a day when that service is generally unavailable. Caliber went above and beyond to make sure my experience was first-class. The team even vacuumed my car! During what could have been a very stressful time, I never had to worry about my vehicle or the quality of the repairs. Everything was handled seamlessly and professionally. ThankU, Kelly!
