Excellent service from the first call to pickup. Streamlined and efficient. I especially appreciated the daily tests for progress. The car was beautiful when picked up and Bailey did an extra check on the rental even after I said I was good. I left sunglasses and my rental agreement - thanks for the extra special treatment. You guys have it figured out!
