I was not satisfied with my overall experience. Finding the right bodyshop to fix my car can be very stressful. After picking up my car I was hoping to find my car was as good as new. The body work done was fine bit the condition of the interior was upsettingly dirty. They left white powder residue on my windows floor mats and on the bottom side interior of my car I've taken some pictures of it. I had to ask them to wipe it down twice. They should clean up after themselves when they worked on it. If asked would I recommend bob Howard or go back I would definitely not.

Part of me still wants to believe that the reputation behind the name will somehow make things right... But my recent experience was not pleasant.

I feel that they took too long just to "get the parts" to start working on the car. The car really did not have any major damage, it was just the rear bumper area.
