I was promised it would be finished in 5 days and ended up taking 2 weeks. I was told mine was first in line to be worked with but that obviously was not the case. There was no offer of a rental car or any kind of reimbursement for the extra days of traveling expenses.

The bumper was not attached properly so my new 31kvehicke now looks like junk!

Not only was my dissatisfaction entirely ignored I was treated as if I had did something wrong by pointing out the poor workmanship Bob Howard exhibited. I will never utilize this company again. Much like they're car sales department, Bob Howard is gross in their negligence and treatment of customers. Major fail. Add to that and the paint Match is poor as well.

Richard was extremely helpful. I had problems with my power steering after receiving my car back from your shop. He fixed my problem. I feel he went beyond his normal duties.
