The planning based on my needs, the updates, the immediate availability of your company to answer any questions I might have, your scheduling of a taxi to take me to the airport and pick me up, your periodic updates and contact informing me my car repair was completed prior to my arrival back home, connecting with me once I texted my plane landed to inform me the taxi was at the airport waiting, the call from the taxi driver, him waiting for me, my immediate trip to Bob Howard and my car ready & waiting!! When I got the estimate, I noticed that the trunk part said w/o backup camera. I called and they assured me it would have one. When I picked up the car, the backup camera was not working. I'm now waiting for a new part. I don't understand why this was not checked prior to calling the vehicle finished
