Acura ordered parts for warranty repair on back bumper. Passenger side rear clip was not secured causing paint damage to tail surround of bumper. Body shop repaired paint chips, but when I picked vehicle up bumper was still not secured. I was told that the proper parts would be reordered and I would be contacted to bring car back. I was not contacted and just made contact in my own 1 June 2026. Now parts have been ordered again and I have to bring vehicle back to shop for a second time because repairs weren’t done correctly the first time……
