When we picked up, there was some paint chipped and some further repairs that needed to be fixed. So we had to come back and get it. The communication was great and all the people that came out of the building to work with us was excellent. Tre front desk people are lacking happy pills. They were never rude but always short and hardly made eye contact. I’m sure a little more training for customer service would go a long ways. Every other part was amazing!

I will save my teammates the headache. I have informed them of my outcome as they saw it in real time, I would not recommend this body shop to anyone in the metro.

When my vehicle went to body, the team memeber did not perform the proper protection and my engine bay was filthy as well as the rest of the interior. The vehicle was not delivered in that fashion. Furthermore, the job was not complete in its entirety as there were damages still left without being fixed. Bob Howard Auto Body left a bad taste with me and now, for my colleagues and affiliates. I’m highly dissatisfied with the outcome. My agent warned me not to select the body shop, but I gave it a shot.

The echo my previous comments. I sincerely believe there needs to be a regime change. I ignored the google reviews due to time of availability Bob Howard Auto Body repair had, but there were proven right. I cannot phantom how disappointed I am.
