Doug was amazing. He stayed in contact with us and anytime I had a question he was quick to respond even if he didn’t know the answer he would let me know he would find out and always responded in a timely manner. He took the time to hear my frustrations with insurance and made me feel heard.

While my overall experience was saved by Doug, who was excellent, my interaction with the front desk staff was disappointing. The front desk representative I encountered was impatient and unprofessional, which created a negative first impression. As the front desk is the face of the business—especially when handling high-value transactions—a more professional demeanor and business-appropriate attire would greatly improve customer confidence. Had it not been for the positive experience with Doug, I would not consider returning.
