The repair work was outstanding. But the length of time to begin the repair and the non-caring attitude of the service desk is the reason I gave this a 5.

It took over a month for parts to come in. I was never contacted to let me know the status. And when I called about the delay getting the parts and have my car repaired, I never once heard, "I'm sorry. I think it's important for people in the service industry to say, "I'm sorry". This is the reason form my 4 rating.
