When we picked the car up, it looked awesome. The work was done on time, and I can't tell there was ever a deer strike. The car was cleaner than its been for years, and I will have no problems recommending this body shop to my friends.

Amazing work, my paint even looks better than before like someone took a buffing wheel to it before I got it back, and like I said in my last comment the fact that my old window was put into my new door is amazing and saved me probably $60 of tint work.

So I bought my car from Steve Azar from Bob Maxey of Howell, and I’ll say this once again, he was absolutely amazing, one of the least pushy, grimy, salesman I have ever met. Very genuine man. I had been side swiped on the highway on my way to work shortly after buying, so I chose to get my car fixed at the same place I bought it, best decision I could’ve made, Bob Maxey is outstanding, my car was delayed in its repairs a couple times, and some of the communication towards the end on letting me know if my car was done or not was a little subpar, but aside from that you guys took the time to switch the window on my old door to my new door to preserve my tint, and when my car was delayed a 2nd time, I expressed frustration and was given a 2026 Explorer as a loaner free of charge, the way Bob Maxey takes care of its customers is unlike any place I’ve ever done business at, truly one of the best businesses in the state, I would go back 100x over and I’ll be buying my girlfriends next car there.
