I’m torn because the customer service is good but I’m not happy with the decision

I’m not satisfied with the decision to not replace an axl that has required 2 repairs. My axl was leaking black axl fluid 2 weeks after the first repair. I was told it was full of metal shavings. I don’t know how this can be cleared and not have the same problem. My Bronco only has 40000 miles on it and it’s shocking to me that I would have 2 failures on an axl that should never fail. I appreciate the support of service manager however he couldn’t help us if Ford won’t approve the replacement. Shockingly I’m sure I will have the same problem as soon as my warranty is done and will need to pay for a new axl. The customer service has always been wonderful but the decision is what I am not satisfied with.
