A series of blunders from the gitgo and wasted our time and caused multiple inconveniences due to not taking due care and what should be following customary body shop and mechanic safety standards and processes. We came to Bob Moore b/c State Farm shows the location as a certified body and repair shop. Well, we've NEVER in 30+ years of owning numerous autos have ever experienced such a mess.

I came in person and authorized the vehicle to be released to Farmers in's. Farmers tried to pick up vehicle and it had not been released. I called and verified the release. Insurance had to make a second trip to pickup the vehicle

Repeated problems, lack of communication amongst the teammate and with me my insurance company. When I spoke with Dylan, he was extremely rude stating that I’m not making any sense. U should absolutely pull the records and listen to the recorded conversations that was going on between Dylan, Chris and myself

My car has over spray and a wrinkle in the finder. The plastic clips aren’t snapped together, and the inner edge of my Wilworth is damaged from tool marks or tire being put on. I’ve reached out to Dylan sent photos and no response. The whole process was a mess. To much to texted. I’ve sent in my rental car receipt no response from Dylan on that either. I wish someone about Chris would call me I’ve had a hard time from the jump. Can’t believe the lack pride in the quality of work. If u want to know the whole story reach out to me. Please

Thankful of everyone for bearing with me in my struggles. Dylan did an amazing job along with the two ladies who helped me at the front desk. I unfortunately had to deal with my insurance and in my fluster never got their names. It has been a long month and the service provided and finish on my car was a really solid breath of fresh air, thank you all so very much.

The piece that was replaced is coming loose and appears a tab is broken. After having returned on the day requested, I have been told that I will receive a call to schedule a time.
