Being a Porsche affiliated body shop was disappointed in the final result of the hood alignment. Additionally the re-work left me without a car for a week without improvement in panel gap.

Customer service was nice. They were willing to attempt to fix areas that were not up to par. However, hood panel gaps are too large and the explanation was unfortunately inadequate. Difficult to understand why a Porsche associated body shop can have such poor panel alignment - unless there is other structural damage that was not identified. Explanation given by technician did not make sense as stock panel gaps were much closer without having issue hitting other parts as he explained.
