The work on the car was fine but it took over a month. 3 weeks of that work we were told was supposed to be done in 3 days. They also NEVER called when the car was done.

Whats repaired on the vehicle looks GREAT! A1 work but what I'm throughly confused on is when vehicle was wrecked there was no check engine light, no service TPMS light, nothing. When returned it has check engine light for 02, codes for transmission, and service TMPS on the wheel that was directly impacted in the accident.It was just inspected in August and passed no problem, but I do know currently it wouldn't pass a WV state inspection with the lights that are on. Is the vehicle even legal to drive? If there is Truly nothing more wrong with the vehicle would Robinson mind doing a full WV state inspection on it so I know the vehicle is safe & legal per WV standards? I will pay for the state inspection

I was told there was nothing more they could do even tho it left with a check engine light and multiple codes. The male worker told me he goes by if it ain't broke don't fix it. He told me multiple times tk buy a car for the 70s or a Toyota. Still confused on how there's lights and codes but nothing broken

I would not recommend the shop to a family member or a friend with the way that we have been treated.

The vehicle is still not finished yet. We took the vehicle in the Monday before Thanksgiving and we were told it would take about a week. This is now the second week of January and the vehicle is still not repaired. They have very poor communication skills and I have had to call multiple times for updates on the vehicle.
