We are in a new convenient location less than a mile south of Bob Utter Ford Lincoln Kia in Sherman TX. Our new facility has the latest equipment with on site parts warehouse and over 25,000 square feet of space. We are Ford Aluminum Certified, I-CAR Aluminum, and Steel welding certified and work with all insurance companies.

Overall I’m very satisfied with working with your service group. Shawn was great to work with, kept me up to date and was very helpful in in a smooth transfer of the vehicle back to us. The only issue we had was after getting the vehicle back home I opened the hood and the saw that all of the top front grill clips were missing. I called Shawn and he was going to have some sent to me.

Bob Utter Ford Collision Center (Shawn) made the whole entire process from picking up my son’s truck from the tow company to me picking up after repairs were completed, so easy!! He was very communicative during every step! What was a headache of a situation (having someone pull out in front of my 17yr old and wrecking his 2 year old truck) Bob Utter made it a pleasant experience!! They have gained a lifelong customer in me!! My son and I are very thankful for every single team member who had a hand in getting our truck back on the road!! Thank you so much!!

The repair was good and within original time frame specified of 4-6 weeks.

However, at the end of week 3 we were told it would be ready the following week. When the specified date approached, I called to verify it would be ready and told it would be another day or two. For 3 weeks, every time i called to verify the previously given finish date, I was told it would be another couple of days.
