Kyle was great to work with. He took the time to explain what would be done and how long it would take. He continued to keep us updated as each step in the process was completed. The rest of the team also took great care of us when given the rental car and returned the vehicle.

It took a little bit longer for them to get my car back to me. Then we anticipated. I guess it took longer to paint. I was also not completely satisfied with their pick up time that they had and that they left my car unlocked in their parking lot, even though it was in the cameras view with my keys in the car overnight for me to pick it up the next day, instead of having a secure place, and my car being locked at night because they did not offer Saturday hours for me to pick up my car
