This was the first time we have used Bob’s and it was mostly because they were an authorized shop for State Farm. We were very pleased with the service and level of communication while the work was being completed and our car looks like it is brand new. We like giving our business to local merchants. And would definitely use Bob’s again for any repair work, and will also refer our family and friends if they are looking for a good autobody shop.

The work was competed ahead of schedule and the car looks like it is brand new. Everyone we spoke with was friendly, attentive and treated us as if this was their most important job. We will definitely use Bob’s again for any repairs and will recommend them to friends and family.
