Always satisfied with Bob’s Auto Body. They explain everything Ray does a very thorough job very professional and polite. Theresa in the office is fantastic always keeps me informed. Bob himself is outstanding very professional and community oriented. Does a lot for the community and the people.

Very satisfied that they prioritized my repair, staff was very friendly, especially Ray and Theresa, can't distinguish parts replaced from original, fit and finish expertly done. I see why they are a preferred provider for NJM, quality workmanship. I had to return so they could install a wheel that was intended to be replaced but this was not a problem for me and was done quickly while we waited.

The team at Bob’s Auto Body was very knowledgeable/professional/easy to talk to, and my car was fixed in less than 20 days From Theresa in the office, to meeting with Ray, the manager of the Auto Body and even having the opportunity to talk with Bob the actual owner everybody was very friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone in need.
