I noticed the rough car engine sound when I got the car which was not there prior to the accident. I phoned Bob's Auto but it was apparently missed by them. So I question the thoroughness of the job when they examined the damages.

Friendly but I had to initiate phone calls to inquire about the status of the repair during the 3-month long wait as the car was sitting at the shop waiting for parts.

The experiance was great the women at the front desk was very thorough. Ray did everything that he said he would. When i picked it up I told him it looked brand new, he said that was how it was supposed to look. They also detailed my entire car of which I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend Bob's Auto Body to anyone who would ask me where to take their car to be fixed. Thanks, Buddy White
