No I am not satisfied with the job they’ve done because now my car is doing something that it wasn’t doing when I brought it there It rides well but when you stop at a light it vibrates your body literally is shaking why you sitting at the light in my car was not doing that when I brought it to Bob’s auto collision and now the excuse that they giving me is that I have to go take it to a Kia dealer and let them put it on a diagnostic machine and if there’s a problem they came from them then they will fix It’s so now I gotta go spend more money at the Kia dealer for them to look at the car for them to tell me what’s wrong and then bring it back to them that makes no sense too many excuses nobody wants to take the responsibility for the stuff that they done my car was not shaking when I brought it to them and they know that but yet they trying to give me all these other excuses about Why it could be shake in the bottom line is the car wasn’t shaking and rocking when I brought it to them

I called there an apple to the Staff an told me that my car won't be ready by the date given still waiting on part an glass won't come in end of the month had to call my insurance company to have them call you all too false information them I get a call on my schedule day ohh now it's ready for pickup... Communication is needed better there

The customer service was awesome! My vehicle look as if it was never hit by a box truck. Great job guys. I had my vehicle back in a little under 2 weeks.. The vehicle look better then it did when I brought it. They called me and talk me through the process every step from start to finish. I love this spot.
