My first impression of Bobs was off to a great start with the young lady that helped when I walked in and when I came to pick up my vehicle the gentleman was very friendly I appreciate the great customer service I had to replace my bumper once before and they sent me to Bobs in Elkridge they aren’t as friendly as the office In Glen Burnie and the Glen Burnie shop did a better job then the other shop I was very happy with my experience I will recommend you guys any day Thank you from a very satisfied customer Beatrice
