I was told the doors would be new, but they weren't replaced—only repaired. The rear door shows a visible line where the new paint meets the old. You have to pull hard to close the driver's door.

Had a tree fall on my truck. Damaged the hood, windshield, A pillar, and roof. Dropped it off and they gave me an estimated amount of time to complete. I received texts throughout confirming the estimated completion date. It never got pushed back, which I’ve always had happen with other body shops in the past. I couldn’t find and signs of the damage. Very happy that I chose Bob’s!

There were several items my wife did not notice when picking up today such as paint/primer over spray on sunroof, speckles in general on roof where it looks like dirt painted over, gasket not installed properly at windshield. Overall I'd say a good job was done with the repair, the only things holding me back from giving a higher score is that the wheel that got fixed looks like a spot got missed with the filler/additive but it also looks like that repair got outsourced so I can't hold that entirely against you guys. The back bumper/right side of the wheel well portion of the repair doesn't look like it got addressed, it was very minor damage so I feel like they saw it and just thought it wasn't that bad and didn't do anything with it. Also there is a rather large scratch on the back bumper and one on the hood that I don't recall seeing before the vehicle went in for repair. I don't want to say your guys did it specifically but on the other hand idk where else it would have happened. Above all, the repair got done and I'm glad about that just try to be a little more thorough and careful in the future. Also please don't just brush off my comments as some minor stuff, I understand repairs can't be perfect but I do care about my car and I know others care about theirs too. Thank you for your business.
