Work was unsatisfactory (fender and headlight not properly aligned). I was charged money before even getting to look at my car, which is not the correct order in which those things should happen. When I was shown the car, I was simply told what had been done without any type of dialogue or confirmation of satisfaction from my part. The people were very nice and pleasant, but it was the order of events and lack of dialogue that left me unsatisfied. Maybe it was just a Friday thing and people wanted to go home? I've worked in service before, so I have had my fair share of unruly and entitled customers; because of that, I try to set a pretty low bar - but I really don't think it's asking for much to have an experience that actually feels like a service and not like a transaction.

My car looks amazing and drives like new. I was very pleased with the updates and contact throughout the process. The walk through at pickup was very friendly and courteous. I was impressed by your team's efficiency as well. I think I spent a total of 25 minutes going through the process, including getting my rental car setup. Work was completed ahead of promised schedule but on final walk through some minor damage not noted when dropped off was found. Glass scratched 2 windows, paint issues, scratches on r/f door, small r/ rear. Sunroof not fully operational but was not tested when dropped off and headliner has black marks and interior of vehicle is covered in white dust.
