When I picked the car up, there was trash in the car from the new parts. Also, I expected them to at least wash the outside of the car, which they did not do. Considering I hit a deer, when I picked the car up, there was still deer hair and blood on the car. The car is fixed, yes, but they obviously don't care about my satisfaction.

The body work that was done looks good, however the inside of the truck was not cleaned. There is dust from sanding all over the seats, dash, and center console.

Very poor job and appeared to be mainly concerned with the insurance company rather than the customer. Not real nice at all and rude when questioned about anything. Not a good experience at all and will steer anyone that I know away from them.
