The paint job is nice; there is still an indentation (dent) at the site of impact (left bumper). It is very visible in light and compared to right bumper. I sent a message to my insurance company.

Eric made all of the steps crystal clear and took care of everything he possibly could. This was an insurance claim; I was very pleased to have discussions about estimates, adjustments, etc taken out of my hands because Eric and the insurance company dealt with each other directly. My car repair is beyond reproach--you wouldn't know there'd been damage, and the paint job is flawless. Highly recommend Bob's Automotive.

I was informed about the 3% tax for card usage and I appreciate that. The employees were very professional and polite. When I picked my car up it was already positioned for me to easily pull out of the parking lot. I thought this was a thoughtful and friendly send off.
