excellent job on the contracted work, as always. I have used Bob's Body Shop several times over the last 4 or 5 years as we seem to be the victim of hit and run drivers in parking lots. But I will not be likely to use them again. My only disappointment was that I was promised a "courtesy touch up" on my rear bumper and frankly the touch up was something I could have done myself in 5 minutes. I probably would have checked on other shops if I had known they would cut corners on this. A courtesy touch up is nice, but if you are going to do the job, do it right.
