It depends on whether Caliber Collision will take responsibility for addressing the issue that started when the car was at your shop.

The red power steering indicator has been on since the first time I turned the car on at Caliber Collision parking lot. There were no such issues when I dropped off the car for repairs. I expect Caliber Collision to resolve this issue. I had brought this to your attention immediately at the pickup. I was advised that this issue may be due to the car doors being open during the repairs resulting in the 12V battery charge lowering. I was advised by Marvin O to drive the car around for ~30 minutes and check if the light turned off. We have driven the car a lot more over the last few days and the issue still persists. I hope Caliber Collision will help investigate n resolve this issue as it happened while the car was in your possession for repairs.

This is my third time to Caliber Collision for repairs from 3 accidents over about a year. All three times the same area on my car was damaged. Lizz helped me every time. She was always so kind and treated me like an old fiend:-) I always got daily up dates to help me through all those repairs! I had a great experience working with Lizz at Caliber Collision. She was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire repair process. She kept us updated every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and always recommended the best way to handle everything regarding our accident and repairs. She was especially helpful when it came to communicating with the other insurance company and making sure everything was being handled properly. Lizz was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the process as easy and stress-free as possible for us.
