My brand new car (I had only had her for 2 months!) was damaged in, of all places, a Quick Quack car wash. Thankfully, I took it to Caliber Collision in Carmichael. Their friendliness, service, & the expertise of all of their workmanship was impeccable. It took a little longer than I expected to get my car back because some parts were delayed in arriving, but what matters is the outcome - and my car looked brand new once again! I can’t thank Kris, Justin, all the mechanics & car fixin’ people, front office personnel & simply everyone there, for taking care of my car & making her so beautiful, once again. I really hope I never have to go back again lol because I don’t want to be without my car ever again! But..if I ever did need my car fixed again, you can bet I would be going back to Caliber Collision in Carmichael. Thank you! Karin Kailani

The best. My interactions with Lizz made me feel like family. Weekly updates, sometimes daily and always a quick response if I inquired. My car was ready a week early and perfect.
