Wow, what an amazing job. After being rearended on Saturday night, dropping my car off on Monday morning, the repairs to my Mustang Mach-E were completed in 5 days. They even replaced my crumpled sparkly license frame! Repairs were well done and they delivered a clean car. Thank you!

My Experience

When I first dropped the car off, Jonathan helped me. I found him to be very thorough, polite, and professional. I called once or twice during the process and he remained consistently informative. When I picked up my car today Yodi was in the office. I also found her to have a pleasant demeanor, great customer service, and true professionalism.. I have used Caliber in the past and I would choose them again, if need be, in the future.

Please note I did the survey the other day. I mentioned that the two people I dealt with, both Jonathan and. Yodi, were polite and professional. If I had any questions during the process, they were answered immediately. I had a little setback, picking up my car by two days, but Yodi took care of everything. I have used caliber in the past and then this last time , and if the need arises again, it would be my first choice of a repair facility. Thank you

They took in my truck and right away quoted and told me when to expect the truck to be done. I was happy with the prices from beginning to end
