Picking up my vehicle first thing I see is a dirty car. It wasn't when I dropped it off. I understand it's off a gravel road and had a gravel drive. Upon leaving I notice a rock chip in my windshield. Of course the desk guy is kinda loud and derbies it could of happened when I already figured they wouldn't do anything and politely asked him to thank everyone for me. That's all I asked for. Everything denied. I'm not stupid and felt pushed around. Truth be told it is a gravel lot and any passerby could of flung the gravel...
