Customer service is great the area of repair looks good but there’s dirt in the paint in side the door jam a bolt twist off that holds the box on a left that way there scratches on top of the fender that were not there when brought it in the side cover on back seat was broke off a left that way and and few other things

Donelle was fantastic! I’d rate her a 10!! She communicated every update and helped us get our vehicle when we needed it. She was also able to get our car detailed before returning it. Tell Payton Ege he did a great job! We rated it an 8 because there was a disagreement on who owned the delay on a Used part - State Farm or Bocker, which resulted in us having to pay for a rental for an additional 3 days. Also, the alignment was missed when finishing the repair and the check engine light came on within a day after we got the vehicle back. Although Rob and the team were quick to evaluate it was a Cylinder 5 misfire, it caused some angst. Overall, great job! Thank you, Bocker Collision Team!
