repairs were done well. The car was coated in a layer of dust on the whole interior when I picked it up, had to wipe it down a few times to get it all.

They just didn't wow me. The car interior and exterior was dirtier than when I dropped it off. The software system sent me numerous updates that were not correct. And the repair was not done properly, and a subsequent trip was required. The rental process was outstanding though, but that's because enterprise knows what they're doing

They did the body work to an acceptable level Their email notification system is horrendous. They sent me numerous messages saying that the vehicle was complete and ready to pick up - so I would call and be told that it was not ready. A day after I picked up the car, I realized that the passenger front door did not open from the inside. I called the body shop immediately and got it taken care of on Monday. However, this seems like something that should've been tested and part of the repair and the fact that it wasn't discovered by them is concerning.

The bodywork that was done looks great. However, there are two new marks on my windshield in the interior that I cannot get off. Also, my front seat drivers seat was dirty.
