I would rate this shop 2/10 based on my overall experience. The actual exterior body repairs were completed to my satisfaction, and I appreciate the quality of that work. Unfortunately, everything else about the experience overshadowed the repair itself. I waited nearly eight weeks to get my vehicle back and was told I would receive regular updates throughout the process, but that did not consistently happen. Before picking up my vehicle, I specifically expressed how important it was that my car be returned clean, especially since it is a very new leased vehicle. I was assured it would be "cleaner than when I dropped it off." Instead, I picked up my car to find the interior covered in dust and debris. There was dust throughout the cabin, including in the vents, between the seats, on the ceiling, and in many of the small crevices, even on my personal belongings in the trunk. The condition of the interior was completely unacceptable. While the staff did make several attempts to wipe it down after I pointed it out, the dust remained in many areas. To make matters worse, my vehicle was returned with almost no gas in the tank, requiring me to stop at GetGo before bringing it back so they could pull it into the shop to clean it again. There was also a strong oil smell inside the vehicle that is still lingering. After getting home, I spent nearly two hours cleaning the interior myself, and I am now looking into a professional detail to remove the remaining dust from the vents, headliner, and other hard-to-reach areas. I do appreciate that the staff attempted to address my concerns at pickup, but I should never have been put in that position in the first place. After having my vehicle for almost two months, I expected it to be returned in at least the same condition it was dropped off, if not better. While I am happy with the quality of the body repair, the lack of care shown for the rest of my vehicle makes it difficult for me to recommend this shop to others.
