I’ve gone to other shops, and the repairs were perfect, at the get go.

They matched the paint perfectly. The fit is a little off, but is close to factory level.

There is a little confusion between the AI messages and the personal. The only other thing that happened was I was called in the morning, to tell me the car was ready, they just had to finish the paperwork, which they said it would be about 1.5 hours. I came back in 2 hours, and they wait it wasn’t ready, and asked if someone called me. It said yes, and I came back when they said. Then they asked who called you, and what time ? I said I didn’t know I had to record names and times. But they had the paperwork done in about 10 minutes, and I was out.

I asked if my car could also be inspected after repaired and was told Cochran used to do that but does not anymore. That would have been more convenient for me.
