Car looks great, but something is loose underneath (the muffler?). Something is rattling/banging. I can hear it when I close the back hatch, when the engine restarts when idling at a stop, and when I drive over a pothole or rough patch of road. So disappointed and disgusted. Almost $12,000 in repair costs, and no one checked for loose parts? It sounds like the muffler might fall off if I drive over railroad tracks. Not satisfied at all.
