The repairs were done well but the techs missed a couple of areas on the original estimate so I had to leave the vehicle at the collision center for completion. That is a huge inconvenience.

Didn't like the fact that I was sent text messages instead of phone calls regarding repairs. Even got a text confirming I picked up my car when I didn't even know it was done.

The repair work looks great. I'm dissatisfied with the fact that you guys forgot to inspect my car as well. It's now 2 weeks past its due date, and, I triple checked with you guys that it was something you could do while having my car in the shop. I was told each and every time that it was, and I was even shown the note that was written as a reminder when I dropped it off. I picked up my car this morning and realized after the fact that it had not been completed.
