I was over promised in the time line it would take in getting the work done. I was told about 10 days turn around. It ended up being a month. I was also told I would be contacted with updates. I was only contacted maybe four times in that month. The costumer service was horrible. When I expressed my frustration, Reed was not exactly hellpfull but rather an asshole. Every time I asked when I would be receiving my car back I would be told probably tomorrow which was a lie because I received the same comment every two days for two weeks. I will never recommended this place to anyone due to the costumer service I received.
