First and foremost from the moment I spoke with Anne Marie I was reassured that I was in good hands and that followed through from every interaction on the phone until dropping my car off going the extra mile and keeping me posted of all repairs informing me what needed to be done which was done at a very reasonable price one would never imagine the gratitude that I have for both Ray and whatever mechanics took part in my repairs my car was returned to me in the most beautiful condition with new floor mats clean vacuumed I just can't get over I am overjoyed with the business that you run.. From the minute of interacting with body line collision both and AnnMarie and Ray were incredibly helpful the car came out beautiful everything was explained to me any additional work that needed to be done was done at a very reasonable price that I paid out of pocket I will definitely recommend their services to anyone I come across thank you Liberty mutual I was not happy however about the Enterprise rental fees that is not something that I should have had to incur pricing for paying for insurance they suggested for me to pay when I already hold insurance with State farm that was scandalous and manipulating I had to pay for insurance not realizing that my current insurance would have covered that but why would I go without insurance I'm a relatively new driver back to driving and I did not want to take a chance so I'll take that up with Enterprise though
