They were truly wonderful to work with and did a fantastic job. My only frustration was in a lack of communication over when the car would be finished and ready for pickup. They had said Thursday or Friday, but we never heard anything. Finally around 10 Friday morning I called to find out and they said it would be ready by 2:00. We had to try to plan our day without knowing when the car would be ready. Some advance information, like a call on Thursday that it would be ready Friday even if they had to let us know what time exactly on Friday later. At least we would've known.
