After getting my truck back from being worked on for nearly 4 weeks I have a rattle in the dash. The plastic trim on the bottom of the doors has many broken clips and does not attach properly. The headliner is dirty and you can see where it creased. Not all body techs fault. The insurance didn't approve it

The whole staff, especially Arthur, really was thoughtful and clear about what was expected of me and what kinds of things were going to be checked and repaired on the car. I don’t think anyone can wish for a better treatment for this kind of situation– when your car is crunched and you can’t help feeling sheepish about it. Also, the service was prompt and completed in a week with a terrific cleansing of the inside and outside of the car! Thanks for that treat.
