Unfortunately I had two accidents back to back. They did such a great job the first time that when I got hit the second time, I called Mike right away. No hesitation, he said bring it over. Between the office and the technicians, Kirby has some top tier personnel that do amazing work! I don’t know how you did it, but you put everything back together again without issues.

the car looks great. I would have appreciated being kept in the loop more. I only got updates the last week if I called in and asked for them. I think that I should have been the first to know if there were changes to the plan.

My 2015 BMW x5 has been put back together by Kirby Collision. Finding factory parts was a challenge and the Kirby team rose to the occasion as they ALWAYS have. One event a few years ago was a $40,000 rebuild from a rear-end collision. For whatever reason the insurance company preferred this extensive rebuild to a total write-off. Recently, a deer ran headlong into our car and did considerable damage to the front end. (The deer didn’t fare too well either!). Once again the Kirby team -led by Mike - brought my x5 back to factory spec. This wasn’t always easy with a 10-year-old vehicle. I’ll always trust Kirby Collision with my cars. In 25 years they’ve never done less than stellar work!
