Lack of communication and an understaffed shop is not something I am likely to recommend to a friend, despite the fact your paint shop did superb work. Too many things, like wheel alignment and warning lights, get missed in an over-extended service center.

This may not be in your control since this was an insurance claim. My vehicle was t-boned in an intersection. When I picked my vehicle up, there were warning lights on the dash and the alignment is about 20 degrees out at the steering wheel and pulling to the left terribly. I have to turn slightly right to go straight. As far as I can tell, you did not check the alignment or frame during your repair. When I pointed out the problem with the warning messages on my dash, I was told they may go away by themselves, and they haven’t. I do not feel as if the claim work done has made me whole financially as I now have several hundred dollars worth of diagnostics and additional repairs in my future. This work was not included in the insurance estimate. My expectation was that you, as a professional collision repair center, would not let a half-repaired vehicle out of your shop. I was relying on your expertise to uncover any additional damage and work with insurance to deliver a safe, fully repaired vehicle. This did not happen. The body work looks great, as does the paint, trim and tinting. Unfortunately, the vehicle is not safe to drive without additional repairs.
