When looking for a collision repair company, I researched and read all of reviews. I was impressed with the reviews about Bonafide and decided I would bring my car to them. I was pleasantly surprised that not only were the reviews spot on but that they totally exceeded my expectations! I learned that they have been in business for over 50 years and that it is a family run business. I met the owner Carmine, his son and grandson. What a breath of fresh air to see that the true values of family and excellent customer care still exists. They maintain a professional yet friendly atmosphere when you speak to them on the phone and when you are there in person. They made me feel comfortable and treated me like a family member and longtime friend. Carmine explained everything that needed to be done in order to repair my vehicle. There were no hidden costs and he was very upfront about getting the work done and how long it would take. I was impressed with the quick turnaround time it actually took. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Bonafide Collision. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your car needs.
