Bona Fide Collision was wonderful! After mistakenly having my car towed to the dealership for repairs and the dealership gave me a 5 week possible repair time, I had the car towed to Bona Fide. Not only did Bona Fide treat me like their only VIP customer, but within 24 hours I received a report from the as to the damage and estimated repair time. They completed the repairs 2 days later!!!! They also washed the car!! The process was so simple! Thank you Bona Fide for going above and beyond what any other dealership or repair shop could do!!!!
