I have had Bonafide repair two of my vehicles and both times the work has been superb. The staff and Carmine, make sure you understand what is going to be done and helps to get the rental car that picks you right up at his office. The car is pristine when I have picked it up. The car was done even before the estimated repair time. Both times a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Bonafide.

From the time I bring in the car, office staff is great and Carmine explains what is to be done. The work is exemplary and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

The customer service is wonderful. With each step, a text is sent and updates you on the progress of the repair. The office also assists you with a rental car and they pick you right up at the office.
