The customer service this time was not the best. I asked the first representative I talked to to give me a quote on something else the car needed and this was forgotten. Also, the completion date was pushed back several times and not communicated in a timely manner. One time i had to call and say "I thought my car was supposed to be done today" (this was 4 pm); no one had called me to say there was a problem.

I received my car back after the repairs and noticed missing hardware in the front passenger side wheel well. The plastic trim piece on the passenger side behind the front mud flap was not installed correctly. The inserts that hold the trim piece in is not completely inserted. I was not able to get gas in my car because the fuel door would not open. The lever that opens the fuel door would not open it. The interior door panel had water running out of it after it had rained. I stopped by the shop and talked to Mike and he said he would send someone to pick up the car the following morning to make the repairs. I explained that I work until 3pm and would need the car back before that. I received a phone call at 1:36pm saying that somebody was at my work to pick up my car. This would not work because it would leave me stuck at work without a car. I stopped by the shop again after work to setup a different time to get the corrections done.

The people at the counter were very kind. They seemed a bit overwhelmed the three times I was in the show room. Though Mike didn’t communicate that they were not going to be able to pick up the car in the morning to make the corrections, he was also kind and polite.

All of Bonnell's personnel were professional and personable. You made getting a rental car a fairly easy process, plus I was able to pick up/drop off the car on site, a convenience that's appreciated. My truck was supposed to take two days to repair, but ended up taking four. Here a motor had to be replaced that wasn't on the original estimate. Wish someone had called to provide an explanation. Otherwise, you made everything as painless as possible. And most importantly, the truck looks great because it was repaired by "professionals". As someone who worked for Erie Insurance for 39 years and where service is No. 1 for our customers, I appreciated the way I was treated throughout the entire process. Thank you!!!

Interior was not cleaned up after they tore my headliner down foam insulation was all over floor carpeting seat was moved and not put back in up right position . Still waiting to hear about about my roof console ,And my ac doesn't work properly it work fine when it went there.
