Great quoting session and offered a solution for my immediate problem while waiting for my appointment to come in. The shop let me bring in my car the Friday before the appointment, since there was a snowstorm coming. Great support! The only reason it wasn't a 10, when the shop was backing the car into their facility they damaged the passenger side mirror. I appreciate that they called me immediately and talked to me about it, apologized and had already ordered parts and put it in the plan to repair during my already scheduled time. Things happen, and they took care of it with great customer service and kept me updated the whole way.

My car has been taken very good care of. Staffs are very nice, helpful and professional at Bopp. The front desk lady named Kathy is so sweet and thoughtful. Tim who took care of my car very well and perfectly done with the repairs. Great experience of working with this store. Highly recommended. 5 stars.
