Customer service was incredible!! From the first call with Kathy at the front desk, she was kind and helpful and made me feel so much better about the process, as I had never been in a wreck, to Kevin, that did the work or at least coordinated it. He kept me up to date on how it was coming, what to expect etc. and was always helpful if I called with a question.

Paint over spray on the car, Mostly on the hood and roof in addition, my hood gasket some how became missing. the interior of the car has became more dirty than I've ever seen it.the paint still feels soft to the touch and theres a mark on my passenger side finder that wasn't there before and my radio has been changing stations by its self since I got the car back.
